Cannot authorize card

This situation has probably been brought up but I think mine is different. I've purchased many things from XBL and have gotten points from a credit card numerous of times. But I have changed the credit card and it's not working. I also moved a few months ago but I've triple checked the billing address and the card address and they are the same. For some reason it keeps saying cannot authorize though. There isn't probably much people can say tp fix this but if you have any idea please help me.
