cannot add paypal or credit card

Hello I have tried all options for my billing issue, I have also contacted support through phone who only tell me wait a few days and try again

I have seen people get success through making a post.  I always get error code 8c320008 when trying to add a credit card or PayPal.

I have checked all info, and stressing more is they worked before but I was told to remove them to fix a different error code for a different problem.

Can someone with some Knowledge help me out?

According to the error code, there may be a billing violation or an issue with the card or paypal themselves.

support.xbox.com/.../error-code-8c320008

Is the card a refillable one?  They don't usually work

Does paypal have a credit card or bank account attached to it?  It can only be added to your account if either is attached.

Finally, did you try to add the payment method through commerce.microsoft.com?

The card is a capital one card, it was on my account before.  And security or not I really don't like that I was able to add it to a friends account with no errors.  The PayPal has a debit account and credit account and money in the PayPal balance.

And I have tried billing.microsoft.com is that any different?

I am just lost as to why no support agent is able to tell me what is wrong with my account.

That is the old website.  Try commerce.microsoft.com.  It's been updated.  If it doesn't work, call support again and have them add it for you.
