Cannot access premium content.

I have recently transferred all of my profile data to a new XBOX slim from an old XBOX elite. Now when I go to add Microsoft points to my Xbox Live account of play online I get a message saying I cannot access premium content. My XBOX and profile both have no age restrictions and are set to adult and my profile says I am 22 so I do not see why premium content is now blocked for me.

Hi there,

did you transfer the licenses to the new console, after moving the data from the old console to the new console. this link explains what it is and on how to do it: support.xbox.com/.../download-content

Be sure to redownload the content, before you use it.
