Cancelled Zune music pass, but still charged.


On Tuesday, I cancelled my Zune music pass because I do not use it regularly enough to justify the cost. However, yesterday my account was debited for £8.99 - another months charge. How do I go about getting a refund for this? I would be grateful if somebody could contact me as there is no other way of contacting somebody.

Hey Tom. If you have already canceled it, but were still charged, you will want to contact Phone Support.

They will get that taken care of for you. Cheers!
