CANCELAR PAGAMENTO AUTOMATICO

Preciso que cancelem o pagamento automatico da minha conta.

Pq ja comprei o cartao para 12 meses, e nao consigo inserir o codigo.

Podem ate remover os cartoes da minha conta, pq nao consigo remover, da erro de glith.
