Can't transfer Microsoft points

I just bought 6000 MSP on my dad's account with permission (it's a family pack so I can't buy them directly onto mine) and when I attempt to transfer the points, this message comes up:

"Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. For help with this problem, go to www.xbox.com/errorhelp. Status code: 8007000B"

So I go to the link given and type in the error code. I do everything that it tells me to do to resolve the problem but nothing works. I don't want to call Xbox support as they leave me on hold for most of the time. A quick reply would be appreciated, thanks.

Calling the support line would most likely be the best option to go in these instances.  While there may be a wait time, you should be able to get the help you need the first time.

If you do have to contact support, scroll down to the bottom of any page and click "Contact Us".  Select "Billing and Subscriptions" as your product, then select "Family Pack" as the category.  From there, you can contact an Ambassador (this problem requires a bit higher clearance than an Ambassador :) ), chat with an Xbox Live Support Agent, or request them to call you back.

From experience, the call back method is very convenient and efficient, and you don't have to sit on the phone for a while.

I hope you are able to get your problem resolved soon.

Just for those that have questions about transferring the points, the Gold Family Pack FAQ could have some helpful information:  support.xbox.com/.../billing-points-family-pack

Thanks!

I have just finished with MS support, it is a known error with no fix timeframe as of yet. Not much help I know. This was the message: "Jamilla: Okay, Ivan thanks for that.  It looks like it's a known issue that is being looked into.  As of yet we do not have a resolution to it, but we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.  I'm going to make a notation on your account and pass your gamertag off to our advocacy department and keep a look out for a resolution."

I read the already posted comments, lets assume that this is a Microsoft XBOX Billing Bug anf their (Microsoft) staff are working to fix the isuue. It should then be fixed over the next few hours.
