I just bought 6000 MSP on my dad's account with permission (it's a family pack so I can't buy them directly onto mine) and when I attempt to transfer the points, this message comes up:
"Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. For help with this problem, go to www.xbox.com/errorhelp. Status code: 8007000B"
So I go to the link given and type in the error code. I do everything that it tells me to do to resolve the problem but nothing works. I don't want to call Xbox support as they leave me on hold for most of the time. A quick reply would be appreciated, thanks.
