Can't Renew Gold Membership

Not to sure if anyone else has encountered this problem. But i have been trying to renew my Gold Membership since Thursday. If i try it on the X-Box it self it comes up saying Can't Receive Infomation from Xbox live, please try again later - Status Code 80190821. I've also just got my laptop back today (Sunday) and tried to renew online, but even that comes up saying unable to process, please try again later. I'm getting rather annoyed with this as i rented out Dead Island because all my mates were getting it. But obviously i haven't been able to play co-op with them as i can't get Gold membership. I'm also getting Gears 3 on tuesday and i want to get this sorted out soon.

Check that all of your account and billing information matches (name, address, region, etc). Try removing and re-adding your payment method. You may also want to contact your bank to see if there is a reason your card may be having issues.
