I tried to purchase Two Worlds II: Defence for Two Worlds II for 160 Microsoft points with a balance of 720 Microsoft points about a week ago and I couldn't. The Xbox Live status said the marketplace was down so I just waited. When it said it was back up I tired again and still nothing. Then two days later I tried again. Still nothing. The message that pops up every time is:
"Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Please try again later. For help with this problem, go to www.xbox.com/errorhelp."
"Status code: 80153410"
I ignored the code for now and tried some troubleshooting options like:
Clearing my system cache
Clearing my marketplace cache
Resetting my Internet
So I thought that maybe it was just the game and I tired to purchase something else but the same error came up. So I searched the code on the code checker and console ban information came up. It confused me because I can still access Xbox Live and all of its features except the marketplace. Then I tried my other console that I hadn't used for a while because I was able to purchase content on that one before i stopped using it. That didn't work either. Neither of my consoles are modified in any way and no one uses my account accept for me. I went ahead and posted my problem on the console ban section of the forums just incase but never got an answer. Xbox support usually helps me a lot, but not so much this time. So here I am hoping someone can help me.
