Can't purchase anything

I can't purchase anything on the xbox live marketplace or on xbox.com. I have tried to purchase different games and microsoft points but it tells me that the card can't be authorized. I have tried multiple cards which i am sure all work and have the correct information but none of the can be authorized. Everything i am using is based in New York. i am also recieving an error code 8C010003 when I attempt to change payment options on my xbox. I have tried everything on the "can't purchase content" forum but none of it works. Please help.

That error suggests your card is expired.  Go to billing.microsoft.com and check the date of the card you have on there.  If it is expired, add a new card and delete the old one.  If it's not expired you may have to call support and speak with billing about it.

none of the cards i have attempted to use are expired. And the support center is closed now and i really want to get something tonight.
