Can't Purchase ANYTHING? - Error Code: 80153075

This error has been happening for a bit now every time I try to purchase something (With correct information that's worked a few months ago) it tells me there's a problem with the xbox service and gives me the status code: 80153075


I've tried to wait and do it again later but that's not the problem


Any ideas?

Ir would appear purchasing and downloading is still on limited, and has been so for several hours now. I have been having the same issue, but with redeeming a prepaid code.

Right now, the best thing we can do is wait.

what do i do if i purchased something and got the errors and the money from my pre paid card STILL got taken off?? am i still gonna be able to dl the game when theye fix this issue?

This same thing happened to me about a month ago too.

So waiting is not the solution

I had the same problem. Now Live is back to normal and I received an email receipt of my purchase. Unfortunately, when I try to download the game it wants me to purchase it again.

If there was an error with the transaction the system shouldn't then bill me for the purchase. Now, I have to see if the game will eventually show up in my download history so I can download it without having to pay twice.

If things don't clear up it might be best to contact support.

ok does your account region (country) match your actual region?

if not that would be why

it has to match that's usually what that error is

have your checked your payment option (creditcard) is upto date?

if you are billed then most likely its your region
