Can't Purchase Anything: Error 8012271F

I need help trying to buy anything on the marketplace. I just recently redeemed a pre-paid $25.00 card and I can't buy anything. When I try I keep get the status code: 8012271F. I have tried everything. I clear my system cache, my marketplace cache, and edited my billing contact information, and managed my payment options. Can somebody please help me out, I would appreciate the help. Thanks!

To resolve this problem, make sure that the correct billing address is listed in your Microsoft account for the payment option you are trying to use. If an address is listed, make sure that it is updated and valid.

To do this:

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
  2. Tap or click Billing, and then tap or click Payment options.
  3. Tap or click the payment option you tried to use to make the purchase.
  4. Tap or click Edit and adjust the billing address as needed.
  5. Tap or click Next when finished.

You should now be able to complete your transaction. Let us know how that goes, or if you have anymore questions.
