can't purchase any games and apps on Xbox One

I can't purchase any items on my Xbox One and I called CS hotline, they said my account has been locked for some reasons, anyone here can help me to fix it?

What type of lock has been placed on the account? Is this a child account?

My suggestion to you is to log onto account.Microsoft.com with the email and pw linked to you GamerTag. Make sure that all the security proofs that were added when you made the account are up to date. Also changing your password would be an awesome idea to keep you account secure.
