Can't properly change my Billing Address.

I currently live in Australia. I went America a while ago for a business trip and decided to bring my 360. When I got back I changed my locale back to Australia and found out that my 360 didn't have my credit card info. So I put in my credit card info then proceeded to fill out my Billing Address, only to find out that the only States I could put in my Billing Info were American States. How can I resolve this issue so I can purchase in game content?

Please, help resolve this issue asap.

Hey there Robo!

Smwutches looks like she's on the right track here. If you migrated your account region to the US while you were there, you'll need to migrate your account region back to Australia now that you've returned.

The link that Smwutches gave has tons of great information on that process, restrictions, etc. Let us know if you have any questions. =)

Ok, so I migrated my account region back to Australia and waited a full day before trying to set up my billing address again. So about 5 minutes ago I tried to setup my billing address again, but I kept getting American states instead of Australian states.

Thanks for the help, but the issue still isn't resolved. :(

I'm sorry to see that this isn't fully resolved for you yet, but it does look like you're on the right track. It sounds as though the region migration may not have fully completed yet, but let's check to make sure. At this point the best course of action would be to use the Contact Us page to set up a support call with an account specialist. They'll be able to look at your account with you and see if the region migration went through properly.

I checked back this morning and my account had been migrated back to Australia, thanks for the help guys :) Too bad I can't download DBZ Ultimate Tenkaichi in Australia :L
