can't play until your subscription payments are up to date??????

I call 1-800 4 my xbox. Lady there didn't offer any help. She just said I need to go to the forums on xbox support for help.

Asked if any body there could Help she said no. I told her The way she was acting she is just pushing off problem.

Didn't want Serial number.  Told her I bought xbox360 6 months ago. and It had worked up till a couple days ago when: Now I get

I may be able to contact previous owner: they are still registered in ebay. But what would I need from them.

Trying to figure out whats going on with your (bad) english, and am I reading this right? You got a used Xbox 360 from ebay, and are trying to use someone elses Xbox Live account, and cant play on it because its not paid up?

Basically you're getting that message because the previous owner purchased a promotional console. The console was $99 but the owner had to sign up for a 2 year contract and pay $15 a month in order to keep the console online. Since the owner has sold you the console they have probably stopped paying for it which has now suspended the console. Since the contract is under the original owner's name, they would need to be the one's to contact support and continue making payments or completely pay off the console. Or you would need to contact them about returning the console to them so you can purchase a new console.

I have contacted original owner of xbox 360.

He says he just got a xbox one hook it up with no problem,

and checked his account but did not see anything about his original 360.

He said he would help if he could but what do I need for him to due?

Unfortunately no one here can really help you because what you're doing is against the Terms of Usage agreement.  I'm sure that's the reason why Xbox support also refused to help you.
