Can't play my downloaded games.

When I try to play any of my downloaded games it comes up with the following "error" [ ]. Obviously I don't have a disc for it because I downloaded them from the Xbox store and I am also logged into Xbox live. Any help is greatly appreciated.

call 1-800-4my-xbox right away , they will help you as they have full access to your account . don't wait  get it sorted quick plus i hope you kept all your digital receipts when you buy a game you get a email receipt and that will help a lot at times .
