Can't play my bo2 I bought from the marketplace

I am on a gold family pack so I had to get the game on the main profile but still on the Xbox I use . When I bought the game (bo2) and tried to play on the main account all it was showing was a black screen and keeps freezing. I am a little mad right now it literally took less than 2 hours to download and now I can't even play it.

Sorry to hear you haven't been able to enjoy BO2. Let's see if we can turn this around.

I would suggest starting with our Xbox Download Problems support article. There are some nifty steps in there that may just get this working.
