Can't play Gears of War 3 online

everytime i try to play online it says that i am not to play online as i do not have the required profile settings and the incorrect membership. I have two accounts and this happens on both of them, I am so confused as it was working for about 15 minutes and then i just got disconnected. Please someone help!

Reset you cache for the memory unit you use. System Setting --> Memory Settings ---> Memory Unit ------> Options -----> Clear Cache,

Please check and make sure you have an active gold subscription... also, try the steps located at support.xbox.com/.../parental-control-info to determine if you have the correct Console Safety settings required to play online, and considering checking your profile Online Safety settings by utilizing the steps at support.xbox.com/.../online-safety
