Can't Play 0xc001d11cd (0x8000ffff) - What's happening?

Last night I bought the season pass for TMNT season 2, and I was fully looking forward to watching it (I Bought it on my Windows 8 Machine using XBOX video) But ever since I bought it, I can't access it. It's always giving me the error in the topic, and the link that the error sends me to has no really useful information. 

Can anyone shed some insight as to why this might be happening?

Some more information, the videos work just fine on my xbox. They just aren't playing at all on my computer.

Hey Bluejay! That is pretty annoying. 

I would suggest following the steps I have listed below to properly uninstall, and reinstall the Xbox Video app. Hopefully this will sort out your error.

1)      Right click on the app’s tile

2)      Select “Uninstall” and confirm

3)      From the Metro UI, type “WSReset.exe” and press enter

4)      After you see a confirmation the store cache has been reset, reinstall the app
