Can't enter lobby Halo 5 Multiplayer

Dear support,

 I have brought a digital copy of Halo 5. I have subscribed a Gold pass to play online, but since day-one I can't play in Multiplayer online.

Every time I try to access, I got the message "Impossible to connect to the waiting room service", both arena and warzone.

No connectivity issues and I can play online with all my others games.

Hi LeRoy IT,

Please hardreset your xbox one by holding down on the power button to it shuts down, also unplug the power cable and leave it for about one minute then reconnect the power cable and boot up the xbox one and attempt to play on halo 5 in both warzone and arena.

also reset your internet.

Done, but the problem remains :(

The first time I launch the MP, it says "Retrieving data", after few seconds it goes back to the main screen... after that it says "Impossible to connect to the waiting room service" .

I've tried everything....
