Can't download Civilization Revolution

I have tried to download the new game for gold but when i press download on xbox it gives me the message "This item isn't available from your current location". Both my physical and account location are the same so i am not sure why it isnt letting me download the game.

Join the club......I'm having the same issue. Living here in Germany and haven't had any issues with downloading the free for gold games until now. And this is one that I was actually wanting to get.

At this present time Xbox Live is issues with downloadable content. I just spoke with an agent and they are working it. Once it is fixed, you should be bale to download your games and purchase using any of your payment options, to include any Money on you Xbox acct. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please try again in about one hour to give them time to get this corrected.

I have gave it about 15 hours and then tried again and it still is giving the same error.  I dont know why I specifically cant download it because some of my other friends who live in the same city as me have downloaded it just fine without any problems.

I'm having the same problem - location Czech Republic. First time I tried to download was March the 1st at about 10:00 CET. Today (March 2nd) at about 15:00 i tried again and still no luck.

I hope this gets resolved soon, I was really looking forward for Civilization.

Sorry for second post, I could not find the EDIT button :)

I tried downloading via xbox.com website but I was asked for submitting the payment option (I purchased Gold as prepaid card) So I entered my card info but it didn't help. I got an error message saying something like: "We are sorry, your purchase can not be completed right now, try again later". So no help there.

I contacted Xbox Support for I was not seeing on Gold Free Ad box. I had to go online to xbox.com and purchase it from there (it is the free until March 15th). Also when I searched on the Xbox for it in the Game section, it is showing up Free there.

He advised to refresh/clear cache on Xbox/web browser and try to download it again. This game should be available in most regions. If your problem continues, please contact Xbox Support Chat or call

Hi guys,

today I spoke with the guy from tech support. The problem was that my Account region was set to Slovakia but my Physical region is Czech republic. After migration of my account to Czech republic, everything worked out fine. I'm now playing Civilization ;)

Does your account region match your actual region? Elrond

if not then you must make it so

For the best experience with X box live your account region and actual region must match

vPn doesn't work

And not all content is region locked but the one that are they are and you must match your regions
