can't connect xbox

when creating a new account with a windows mobile phone 8 (nokia lumia 920) , and coming out the message that it failed to set up an account , error code 80154002

Could you verify that you have an Internet connection and try again?

Before doing so, shut off your phone and back on to be sure.

However, if the email you are using on the phone is the one you are using to post here, it would seem that you have already created an account. (Name: YokingTunic0952) If the emails are the same, the account might already be on the phone. Shut the phone off and back on and then go into the Games Hub and press the ellipsis ("...") and click Refresh. It might appear.

you're right , I go to the site xbox c mobile , the account is displayed. I go in game , vlaďka xbox games and not the account is shown. connection to the Internet
