Can't change payment method Status Code: 8C010003

I wanted to have two CC's linked to my account so i tried adding my paypal.
added it perfectly without a problem but now when i try and choose a seperate payment method it gives me the error saying "There's a problem with Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Please try again later." i was able to make my purchase through the card i didn't want to use but i cant switch payment methods. It wont even let me make the redundant choice of changing the payment choice to the same card. I have read on another forum to remove every card on account but the main one and i have. still leaving this problem.  Some help would be much appreciated.

Hey there! This error code could suggest an expired payment method. Can you check all your payment methods, including your main one, to make sure it is current? Also, is all your account information correct, and does your payment methods' info match your account info (name, address, region, etc)? Thanks!
