Can't Buy Microsoft Points?

I've been trying to buy Microsoft Points since yesterday, and no matter what I do, my cards get "declined". I've tried 3 different cards, each with more than enough money available, and I can't buy points.

This has happened to me every once in a while for the last few months, but it's never lasted this long. I've tried to buy points directly from my Xbox, and on the website, neither of which work.

Any solutions?

Check your account at https://billing.microsoft.com to make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't find anything wrong there or it doesn't fix the issue, call support and talk to billing.

select one card, stay with that card, always have enough money in it. don't do things like adding and removing card all the time it just confuses everyone and slows down the whole system.
