can't buy anything

hi i recently got a call from the manager at the escalations department saying my zeus swerve account has security risks on it so i cannot buy anything, but even if i make a new account and try to buy something for example on my OvO zeus account it won't let me buy anything on there.

In that case I advise you to try Xbox Support again, if you contacted them you should have a reference number, which they can use to take a look at earlier information.

Since it does seem something Xbox Support will need to check/solved.
