I have seen quiet a lot of these questions on the forum. I was hoping that this would clear up some spam. When you try to buy something, or try it on the computer it would say "Sorry we can't authorize your payment. Error #" or "you computer is not recognized, please try it on a clear computer" What this means is that your account most likely has a lock on it, or your credit card was declined by your bank because of insufficient funds.To solve this, you can contact microsoft support at : support.xbox.com/contact-us or you can call them at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. Then you can contact billing and further answer why you are having these problems. If you are having further problems, and its not an issue with your billing, contact xbox live department. After you contact them ask if the service is down, if they say no then you should ask them to help you throughout your crisis. Hope this helps.
