Hey brad snit! This error can sometimes pop up when you've made too many purchases in a certain window of time, or attempt to. Have you had the chance to attempt to make your purchase again, now that it's been 24 hours? Have you also tried an alternate payment
method as the error message suggested?
If you have to no avail, can I have you visit accounts.live.com and review your billing information? Make sure there are no notices or messages posted, if there are, follow the prompts provided to resolve the issue! Let us know what you find. :)
