Can't authorize payment type please try.......

I've tried everything recommended at least a dozen times and then some. After following thread after thread its been made obvious the problem is on your end MS so please save me the trouble of asking pointless and redundant questions and fix my account so you can start taking my money once again. The helpline is esspecially useless with all those teenagers who dont know the first thing about error resolving. I was transfered a few having to explain detail after detail with no success. Havent been able to make a purcase or add points for a month now and itsnot my bank. Also tried paypal with the same dang error.

Have you checked all the info, payment acct + other, at http://commerce.microsoft.com ?

 

If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

 

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

 

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
