can't add points or purchase anything after update

I've cleared my cache, deleted my credit card, added a paypal account, nothing works.  everything worked fine before the update.

i updated all my informatiion, changed my privacy settings back to default and tried to add points through xbox.com instead of my console and still it won't take. 

i want to spend money, you would think it would let me, lol.  

Help?

colllecionador is correct. This is a topic more suited for  06 - Purchasing or downloading something. I will go ahead and move this thread over so you don't have to start a new one.
 

shooom95, please definitely post back and let us know what error message you are encountering when attempting to make a purchase. I would also encourage you to log on to https://billing.microsoft.com and double check that everything is configured correctly with your payment options there.
