I've figured out (or have had it explained to me?) what the error messages and "glitches" in the system were. If you have a credit card on the account and they do not receive a payment for at least 3 months, they basically cancel the account but its still accessible to us, but we can't do anything! HERE ARE THE STEPS: STEP 1. Just call 800-4MY-XBOX and connect with a representative. Step 2. tell them you cannot buy or anything, give them the email, phone, gamertag, etc. STEP 3. They will say that they canceled it and say there is an outstanding balance of (blah-blah-blah) and they will say they will try to void it. Your welcome.
