First off, I hope I'm posting in the right place.
I upgraded to Windows 10 recently from 7, and naturally wanted to use most of Microsoft's services, so I signed in with my Microsoft account that I hadn't used for a few years. One of the big things I was looking forward to using was the new Screen Recorder/GameDVR built into the Xbox app, so I went and opened the app up, clicked sign in, got the following error:
"We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live.
There's a problem with your account. To fix it, go to Xbox.com and sign in."
It also says the error code is0x40b.
So I go to Xbox.com and sign in with my Microsoft account. I then click on my account icon in the upper right, and click Profile in the drop down menu, which brings me to a page with the following error:Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

I get a vary similar error no matter what I try at access (Friends, Messages, Xbox settings, etc.). I'm really at a loss as to what I should do. Thanks for any help.
