Can not download ANY GAMES!

Just recently, I got a refund for accidentally buying something on the marketplace twice. The microsoft points are still on my account but my money is back in my bank. Ever since then, I have not been able to download a single game. I have tried multiple games (I own a few from the marketplace) and my download speed is ridiculously slow. i used to be able to download about 6 gigabytes in maybe an hour or less. now it will take about an hour to get to 10% (IF IT EVEN GETS TO THAT) and by then it stops and says "could not download (game name here)" It does this with ANYTHING I try to download. It is not my connection speed, as it is fine everywhere except downloading on the xbox. I have cleared my harddrives cache so that isn't it either. Can someone please help me?! I just bought another game and can't even play the damn thing.

Ah, I almost forgot. I did not spend those Microsoft points that I got a refund for. I bought my new game with the credit card alone, from on demand.

have ou made sure that none of the data is corrupted? it may have downloaded partially and then was unable to download and saved a corrupted portion of content inside the games and apps folder in your storage device.

Have you checked to see if any of the data you have tried downloading isnt already in there and corrupted?

Yes, whenever my download stops, it leaves an unfinished download in my storage device and then I have to delete it. Also, I just tried downloading Battlefield 3's HD content and it downloaded slow, but it never stopped... so I don't know what the heck is going on. :(

It sounds like it could be a bottleneck on your internet.  Have you tried restarting your modem/router?  Give that a try and see if that works.

When you restart the modem, if it doesnt work with a 30second power cycle, try a having it unplugged from power for 5min, this will reset your ip and may help with the process.

Try reseating the harddrive. Just make sure the console is off, and then remove the harddrive and put it back in. Make sure there's no corrupted file, clear the system cache(select harddrive with y), then redownload your profile (sign out of your profile if you are signed into it, then bring the guide up and select download profile. this will fix any discrepancies that might be surrounding your gamertag/profile by refreshing the data on the console.)

After that, try redownloading the content.

If that doesn't work try a USB device.

Just insert the device into a USB port, access the dashboard and go over to you storage and select configure device. After it's been configured, download the game to the USB.
