Can not complete challenge on Kinect Sports: Season 2

I can recieve challenges from xbox friends, I can do the challenge, but when I go to "complete challenge" I get an error message about unable to contact Kinect Sports: Season Two servers, try again later. I have never gotten it to work.  However, I can complete the challenge if I do it between 2 xbox live accounts on the same xbox console. I have no other xbox live problems with any other games or playing with xbox friends on any other game. I have tried reseting the xbox to default settings and I have moved the Season Two game data to a USB drive. Any other ideas?

Nope, that didnt do it, I even changed internet/routers since this post. All other games still working fine.

Greetings, Rotanadan! Sorry to hear clearing your cache didn't help. If you load up the game and attempt to complete a challenge while using a different gamertag does the problem reproduce? Keep us posted!

Tried it on other profiles, no go. Might try it on someone elses xbox/copy of the game to see if its my network? Might use wireshark to monitor network activity and see exactly what IP its trying to connect to as well.

Okay, please do keep us posted! Another thing you might try is bypassing your router altogether, and just connect direct to your modem. Does the issue still persist with this configuration?

Xbox connected directly to modem, still no go. Copied the game to the xbox, no change.

On a side note, I can send a challenge from one profile to another profile on the same xbox but not to a friend on a different xbox.

Hmm, okay. Have you tried it on someone else's console to see if the issue persists? If it does, that would be helpful for us to help chase this as an issue. If it does not, then that would likely point to a networking error somewhere along the line that we can try and help you diagnose. :)

I am having the same problem.  Tried clearing the console cache and am connected directly to the modem.  Have tried a different console but the result is the same(The Kinect Sports: Season Two server is not available at this time. Please try again later).  

Is there anything else to try on my end?

Hi,

I'm having the exact same problem. Tried all of the above, with no luck.  I can play online multiplayer no problem, but sending challenges or completing them, I get the same error.  There must be a solution to sort this, can anyone please help?
