Can i get back my points if the game dosent start?

So i was buying Burnout 3, the old xbox game on the xbox store for 800 points.
And now i cant play the game, it only crashing. I have redownloaded it and i have read at several forums but it dont work. I have also cleaned the cache!

They are certainly refundable if the content does not work. Promise, call support at 18004MYXBOX. You'll get your refund if it doesnt work or they cannot get it to work.
