Can either of the XBOXes utilize locally stored MP3/4 with the XBOX Music service?

Help needed!

On a path to remove as many boxes, cables, and remotes from my life.

End goal:

XBOX360 (XBOX1) – used as living room hub with 50Gig of MP3/4 music files locally (these are files that cannot be matched to any services online libraries (e.g. Spotify, XBOX Music).
Synology 213j NAS – Ethernet hosted video files, documents, and printer.

Issue: Can either of the XBOXes utilize locally stored MP3/4 with the XBOX Music service?

No, currently the Xbox Music app on the console is only for streaming music from the Xbox Music catalog using a Xbox Music Pass.  In order to play your local/NAS files you'll have to use the built-in music player.
