This disc may be damaged. Sometimes heat, dust , or other elements with damage the surface of the disc. I recommend returning it and the store can swap them out for you.  (unless there is visible damage such as scratches, etc)

This happend to me before also, but it turned out to be some dust in my CD Drive, cleaned it out and never had a problem since.

I used a little of that compressed air in a can that they
sell at electronic stores.

I have (and had before) this issue with my Xbox. My Xbox typically only has an issue with the CoD games. You should try to use a can of Compressed air and lightly use it to clean the inside of the tray and disc reader. (this can be done with the tray open) and that should solve your problem.

You are having problems with disc reading errors?

First off, Do as the message says. Clean your disc with a light cloth that won't scratch the surface, probably microfiber, if you could get it. Lightly dab it in water, and wash the disc off.

If this doesn't work, you may try removing your hard-drive, or any other memory units, to see if that's the problem, and try and load it.

Again, if this doesn't fix it, clear your cache. System Settings > Memory > Press the Y button on your Hard drive, and clear console cache.

And lastly, if that all fails, use a can of compressed air inside the disc tray, to see if that gets rid of any dust inside the machine keeping it from reading.

You may also try another game disc, CD, or DVD to see if they play. If other discs play, you may need to acquire a new game disc, as that one is faulty somehow.

If none of these solutions solve your problem, please say so in reply, and we'll do our best to help you. :)

Ensure the disc tray is clean of dust. And the disc is clean. If that doesn't work, return the disc.

If there is no scratches and other visible damage you probably can get a refund from wherever you got the game. P.S. you might need proof that you bought it  at some stores.
