Call of Duty Black Ops II download code - bundled with XBOX 360 .. entered code, but can't find game

I just got the 360 last week, and entered the code to download the game that was bundled with it (COD BO II), and can't find it anywhere in "my games" .. so I go to enter/redeem the code to try again and it says it's already been used.. .how do I fix this? 

Does your account region match your actual region?

Not including military bases

Or did you buy the console in your current one but you moved from another region?

In order to download blackops

Your account region must match the region of the code usually where you buy it from also it must match your physical location which doesn't include foreign military bases which is located in a host country

Also have you tried your download history ?

But the code i s region locked which could explain why it's stopping

I changed my region to Singapore because it said Singapore on the back of my bundled download card and now it is downloading. It shows 16% right now after only a few mins. Before it kept saying can't download. I dont understand this since I live in USA and bought my bundle in USA. I bought it from Amazon.

Well did you buy it from a marketplace seller?

You know those arent amazon right? Anything amazon will be local and will be shipped by amazon

If you got your console 2 weeks after then its an obvious overseas sellers aa any amazon purchase above 50 is free 2 day shipping

Yes singapore codes can only be redeemed in singapore accounts but you have to be physically there also
