I believe the content is corrupt. Have you tried deleting and re-downloading the DLC?

You should delete the dlc and clear your system cache. If that doesn't work delete the dlc and clear the marketplace cache then re-download it.

Hey there Shava!

Just to put everything in order: The Yellow ! means that the file is corrupt. You will need to delete that file and redownload it.

I suggest giving these steps a shot:

  • Go to Settings > System > Storage, find any corrupt files (marked by a yellow !) and delete them.
  • Clear your system cache.
  • Restart your console.
  • Download the map packs again (in order) from your Download History.

Let us know how that goes and we'll work with you from there! ^_^
