Breaking Bad Season Pass Problem

I purchased the Breaking bad Season 6 Pass and the latest episodes appears that it is available on the internet but not available on the console. WTF? Trying to call Xbox customer support to discuss this problem and i was not able to get in touch with anyone. Frustrated here. Anybody having the same problem? Upset customer here!!

@Smoky RG I did "refresh" my thing is are the "new episodes" suppose to appear the next day like Hulu OR do they not get downloaded until the day before the next one airs O_o

Yes I am having the same issues I am BEYOND frustrated and I will NEVER again purchase a season pass!

Mister Fizzle, your other comment is a generic response saying that it will take a few days to make this content available to us.

 The video *IS* available on your service.  It is available for purchase as a single episode.  But it is not available to those of us who bought the season pass.

I am also having the same issue trying to watch it on my laptop. I was unable to resolve the issue with customer service. Ugh!

Thank you @chefweiphrey I actually figured out the problem myself LOL I cleared my cache AND refreshed my purchase history I had to do this like about 4 or 5 times but eventually the episodes FINALLY popped up. Not sure if I will purchase another season pass of any other show, it's too much of a headache.
