Why isn't this episode on xbox yet? i checked the website earlier and it said it was available. Now its nowhere to be found. I'm getting pretty upset with this bulls**t!

Yeah this season has been terrible with getting new episodes up in a timely manner. Really making me regret purchasing the season pass on Xbox versus another service.

I've been noticing lately that the new episodes show up (sometimes alot) earlier on the xbox video website on der internets, than on the ACTUAL XBOX video through my actual XBOX.  Is there a specific reason for this terrible service? I can say without a doubt that I will no longer be purchasing ANY season passes from this service in the future, and I know Im not the only one.  So far xbox video has done a an amazingly terrible job of addressing this issue.

Well it finally popped up in my new arrivals...guess what...won't let me play the s.ob.....also did Hell on Wheels come out with a new episode this saturday...if so its been over 48hrs. This has me kinda sore over purchasing the xbox one

Its up now, just watched it. Had a heck of a time trying to watch it though.  First it wouldnt let me purchase it, kept getting an error code.  after about 4 tries it eventually let me purchase it.  Then it wouldnt let me play it. saying something about usage rights, had the same problem midway through the last season of the walking dead .  Again after a few tries it eventually worked.  Hey theres a new slogan XBOX VIDEO TRY IT ....IF THAT DONT WORK TRY IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. IT'LL EVENTUALLY WORK!

Mine still wants me to pay for the new episode. I've refreshed, turned my Xbox off, refreshed, dashboard, cleared system cache, refreshed over and over again. Still nothing. This is the second episode that was a pain to get downloaded. Why hasn't this been taken care of? It's well over 48 hours now.

No luck here. I tried removing all the episodes and re-adding them, but no go. Xbox still wants to charge me for episode 5 after I already paid for the whole season. I suspect that the way the episodes were labeled might have something to do with it. The first few episodes were labelled "season 6, episode x", while last week's was labeled "episode 604" or something like that. I wonder if it broke the continuity of the series subscription. In any case, I hope ms is reading this. This is unacceptable. I'll think twice before buying videos from Xbox in the future. Now all I want is a refund so that I can use the money to buy the season on a more reliable service.
