First and foremost, it is absolutely far too difficult to get help for this service. If microsoft intends for their "Next Xbox" to be a media center, it has a lot of marketplace work to do. I love the service, so i hope things get figured out.
My situation is probably very common and simple to solve, but since there is no easy way to get support, I have very little hope for the future
I purchased Top Chef Season 10 Pass, which should allow access to all episodes as they are available. The past 2 episodes are not showing in the "My TV show sections" When i search for the show, it will display the 2 available episodes as "Ready to watch" -- however, it now wants me to purchase them. I figured it must be a mistake, clicked buy on one of them, and confirmed that the show then streamed.
Now i need a refund for that purchase, and I need to know how to proceed going forward. Am I expected to buy the next available episode, then request another refund?
