Bought season pass for TV show, not all episodes are available

First and foremost, it is absolutely far too difficult to get help for this service. If microsoft intends for their "Next Xbox" to be a media center, it has a lot of marketplace work to do. I love the service, so i hope things get figured out.

My situation is probably very common and simple to solve, but since there is no easy way to get support, I have very little hope for the future

I purchased Top Chef Season 10 Pass, which should allow access to all episodes as they are available. The past 2 episodes are not showing in the "My TV show sections" When i search for the show, it will display the 2 available episodes as "Ready to watch" -- however, it now wants me to purchase them. I figured it must be a mistake, clicked buy on one of them, and confirmed that the show then streamed.

Now i need a refund for that purchase, and I need to know how to proceed going forward. Am I expected to buy the next available episode, then request another refund?

you cant get refunds, i suggest calling xbox support

This has happened to me multiple times, and each time I've contacted Xbox and they've credited my account for the cost of the single episode so I could individually repurchase it. I would recommend against re-purchasing it before getting the credit.

Hey there East Bay! If you are not seeing all the episodes in the season, try loading up Xbox Video and refreshing all your purchases again. Just open the app, navigate to My Videos and open Account Management, and then press (X) to Refresh. Try that out and see if it helps, thanks!
