Billing Question

I renewed my XBL on June 16th, and on July 16th it said it was renewed, but no money was taken out of my account. It said the next charge is on Aug 4th, and i need to cancel it before it charges. If cancel auto payments now, will it still charge my account or not?

I wish we could answer that but we don't have information on how billing works here.  Your best bet would be to contact phone support for further information.  If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269.

While talking to them they will be able to cancel the renewal for you as well.
