Billing Account Locked

I have "updated" my payment options countless times. Apparently I'm locked from making purchases?? I want this fixed or "straightened out" a.s.a.p I've been  loyal to Xbox for over 6 years. Wouldn't want to have to buy a PlayStation......

You would need to phone support for your region as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues
