Billed for PSU yet cancelled subscription

Really need some help here, i cancelled my Phantasy Star Guardian a month ago and yet i'm still being charged (i turned off auto renewal).

I had a slight feeling this would happen but i've successfully turned off Auto-Renewal on my Xbox Live Gold.

Another problem i have found is that for some reason PSU Guardian is now again reactivated (auto-renewal is still on), and i can't turn it off now.

I get this message when trying to turn it off "An error occurred cancelling automatic renewal.".

I'd like the money back in the account seeing as it was took out today without my consent as i already deactivated the service once and now it isn't letting me.

I'm quite upset as i've just moved house and need this money to survive for the next month.

you mut contact phone suppot amediatly and describe the situation to them and they will do it remotely and mabey reverse the transfer made who knows
