Big problem... PLEASE HELP!

Hi I have System which it's Region code is PAL.  It's from the UK and I by mistake changed my billing information to US.  Now when I try downloading stuff to my system it says that the region code isn't right.  so far from what I have read I understand that I have to open up a new account but that's a problem because I have credit card information on it and i still have two months of gold which i bought...

what should i do I tried contacting microsft and they won't answer me...

You need to call support Call Us and get them to turn off auto-renewal (if its on) and then ask them to remove the credit card. If they are unhelpful then ask to be passed to a supervisor. Remember to remain polite at all times.


Then you can start a new account and make sure to put the correct region as your location.

removing the credit card isn't the problem because there is a way in the account management the problem is the 2 months I bought...):

You cannot transfer anything including gold time between accounts. When you start the new account with the correct information, you will need to purchase additional gold time.

It is still worth calling support. They don't usually do it but it is not unheard of for them to cancel Gold on one account and issue tokens for the remaining time to be used on another account. It's worth call, after all they can only say no.

They won't help you by email.  You need to call them.
