BF3 Online pass not working

Whenever I read on the online pass download prompt it says that it can be used for all of the accounts on the original xbox it was redeemed on.

But why does it say when I get on another account it prompts me to purchase the online pass? This needs to be fixed and that would be stupid to pay $10 for another pass

On the account that redeemed the code:

Settings - Account Management - Transfer Licenses

Once that is done, go to Download History - look up BF3 Online Pass and redownload it.

Should work for the other profiles now.
