BF3 HD Texture pack, Attempting to download but can't

Okay so here is my issue, I am attempting to download the HD texture pack.

I hit okay, and go to download... Anyways it than directs me to select my storage device *new xbox 360 with a 250gb hdd*

Anyways once I select everything and it shows my HDD as having 221 GB Free it tells me to select a device with enough space there is not enough on this device.

Any ideas?

People have been having issues if they installed disc 1 before installing the HD pack. Do you have the disc installed already?

Are you talking about the 167 MB update that it asks you to download before you get into game?

If so yes I have downloaded and installed that.

I would go back and delete all of BF3's data from your Xbox except the saved games and download the texture pack first THEN download everything back onto your hard drive.

Check the files on your hard drive.  Please also know that the EA servers are currently under a bit of a heavy load, so that may be a problem, but I'm not too sure about that.

I'm also having issues with downloading the texture pack for both MOH Warfighter and BF3. It keeps taking me to the select storage devices, when I select my Xbox Hard Drive (4GB) It tells me I have to select an HDD Hard Drive, I have been the whole time. If anyone has any info on how to fix this I would greatly appreciate the input.
