Best method for turning on/off the system?

I have my Dish Hopper plugged into my xbox one. Then an HDMI from xbox one to my denon receiver. Tv is also attached to receiver. I own/use a logitech harmony remote. What is the best/recommended method for turning on/off the system? Powering down with the harmony remote? Pressing the xbox button on the controller (and having the xbox one shut down the tv/receiver/unit)? Suggestions?

I've got a similar system except I have Directv and basically I have the xbox controlling powering everything on and off.  If you go to the Oneguide and hit the menu button on your controller you'll see the power settings for your devices (I couldn't find another way to even get to these settings).  In the power settings you can set up the xbox to turn all of your devices on and off all when it turns on & off and it works fine.

So I just say "Xbox on" and everything turns on - works great.

I'm thinking of no longer using the harmony remote.  As when I turn on xbox with my game controller, everything turns on, however, when trying to change channels / volume with the harmony remote, IT thinks everything is off, as I never turned the system on with it, becoming a headache.
