Been billed with out my consent.

I opened my e-mail today in I saw that I have allegedly purchased 5000 & 2000 live points. I have done no such thing. I want the points detacted un money refunded. Plus I want to know how this has happend. I changed my password in case my account had been hacked. Posting here because I could not find an e-mail address. Swifth action whoulkd be much appreciated.

You would need to call support to have them open an unauthorized access investigation.
