Auto Renewal

I was recently billed to a 1-month subscription, which I don't want. Can I get a full refund?

Do you have auto renewal turned on for your account? If you did not contact phone support prior to the billing then it is still on. If you do not want any future charges then I recommend you call support and turn it off.

 

MS usually does not give refunds for Live time that is less than 30 days. However, it never hurts to call and ask.
