Assassin's Creed II What's this?

I was in Villa and i saw a barcode in the wall. I turned to eagle vision and this happened. A text: First plucked from a tree guarded by a snake, its powers perform miracles. then, worn across the ages, torn asunder, hidden under a sea of red, reconstruct the timeline.

Under this text there are 10 pictures.

Please help, I don't know what's this.

Thanks
